Q: HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

  • Once you are ready, go to your shopping cart and click on the "Checkout" button.
  • Simply fill in your shipping information, select your payment method and that's it!

 

Q: I MADE A MISTAKE. HOW CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER?

A: Please note that we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet been fulfilled. If you realize you made a mistake, CONTACT US as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve any issues.

Q: What if I don't like my item?

A: You have 30 days of purchase to return your item, if 30 days past. We can no longer return your item.

 

Q: Who is responsible for Return Shipping charge?

A: Because we offer FREE* shipping. The charge will be on the customer side if a return is necessary.

 

Q: Will I be refunded the full amount?

A: There may be a restocking fee if the item is out of original packaging or damaged. (30%-60%)

A: Notify us as soon as you get it, and let us know of the problem. If the problem is on our side, we will send you a brand new one for FREE*.
